Warm Green Matcha Tea Protein Mug Cake

If you’ve never tried green tea dessert, change that today! This Green Matcha Tea Protein Mug Cake is low-calorie, delicious, packed with health benefits, and only takes about a minute to make. Did I mention it’s delicious!

INGREDIENTS
• 1 large whole egg
• 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons (14 g) of coconut flour
• 1/2 scoop (15 g) of Chef’s Protein Baking Protein
1 ounce of milk (or milk substitute)
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1 tablespoon of sweetener (optional)
• 1 teaspoon of matcha green tea powder

TRAVEL DIRECTIONS
1. Coat a coffee mug with non-stick cooking spray
2. Add all your ingredients and mix them together in the mug
3. Microwave your mug for: 30 seconds and then mix everything together again
4. Microwave for another 1-2 minutes (keep an eye on it)

TIP
• Cover it with some POCKY
